Introduction

The Villa Experience by Edwige is a luxury holiday service organized by Edwige International Sp. z o.o., offering exclusive vacations for high-quality singles. By participating in any of our trips, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. These terms govern the relationship between Edwige International Sp. z o.o. and all participants of The Villa Experience.

1. Definitions

• “We,” “Us,” “Our”: Refers to Edwige International Sp. z o.o. and its affiliates.
• “You,” “Participant”: Refers to the individual booking or participating in a trip.
• “Event”: Refers to the luxury vacations organized by The Villa Experience by Edwige.

2. Eligibility

The Villa Experience is designed for singles aged 21 and over, seeking a high-quality vacation experience. By booking or attending, you confirm that you meet these criteria.

3. Booking and Payment

3.1. To secure a spot on one of our trips, full payment or a deposit must be made at the time of booking.
3.2. Payment can be made via our website or other approved methods.
3.3. If you fail to complete payment before the stipulated deadline, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation and apply cancellation fees.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

4.1. Participant Cancellation:

• Cancellations made more than 60 days before the trip will be eligible for a partial refund (minus an administrative fee).
• Cancellations made 60 days or less before the trip are non-refundable.
  4.2. Company Cancellation:
  If we cancel or reschedule the trip due to unforeseen circumstances, you may be eligible for a full refund or the option to transfer your booking to a future event.
  4.3. No refunds will be provided for no-shows or early departures.

5. Changes to Itinerary

We reserve the right to make changes to the itinerary, accommodation, or services offered, based on availability, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control. Any significant changes will be communicated to you in advance.

6. Travel Requirements

6.1. You are responsible for ensuring that you have a valid passport, visas, travel insurance, and any necessary health documents required for your trip.
6.2. Edwige International Sp. z o.o. is not responsible for any disruptions caused by a lack of proper documentation.

7. Code of Conduct

7.1. We expect all participants to behave respectfully toward other guests, staff, and third-party service providers.
7.2. Any disruptive, inappropriate, or harmful behavior may result in immediate removal from the event without refund.
7.3. Participants are responsible for any damages caused during their stay.

8. Liability

8.1. Edwige International Sp. z o.o. and its affiliates are not liable for any personal injury, illness, loss, or damage to personal property during your trip.
8.2. We are not responsible for any delays, cancellations, or changes caused by external factors such as weather, political situations, or transport issues.
8.3. By booking, you acknowledge that you participate in activities at your own risk, and it is your responsibility to obtain comprehensive travel insurance to cover such risks.

9. Use of Personal Data

9.1. By booking with The Villa Experience, you agree to the use of your personal data for purposes related to your trip and communication regarding future events.
9.2. We comply with GDPR and other relevant data protection regulations, ensuring your information is secure and not shared with third parties without consent.

10. Photography and Media

10.1. By attending, you agree to allow us to capture photos and videos during the trip. These may be used for promotional purposes unless you expressly opt out in writing prior to the event.
10.2. If you do not wish to be included in media materials, please notify us at least 10 days before the trip begins.

11. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and materials associated with The Villa Experience by Edwige are the intellectual property of Edwige International Sp. z o.o. and may not be used or reproduced without our express permission.

12. Force Majeure

Edwige International Sp. z o.o. shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations under these Terms and Conditions if such failure is due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, government restrictions, strikes, or pandemics.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Poland. Any disputes arising from participation in The Villa Experience will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Polish courts.
